Drunk man stuck upside down...

This story happened in Hungary.
Drunk man somehow got stuck upside-down behind a telephone booth.
Passers-by heard his cries and called rescuers.
What was he doing at a phone booth, and how he has managed thus to fall down – and left unanswered.
